Returns & Exchanges

At this time we can’t accept returns as the measurements, condition, and materials are all listed in the description of each item to ensure the item is being represented fully. Due to nature of vintage clothing (age and previous wear) some items may have slight imperfections, please keep it in mind when purchasing pre-loved items.

If we have failed to report a significant imperfection, we offer returns for store credit. If you would like to submit an exchange request for an item purchased on, please fill out this return authorization form within 7 days of delivery date. All return requests will be considered on a case to case basis and once approved, must be shipped back to us within 5 days of the request approval. 

We happily issue store credit in the form of a gift certificate. Simply use your unique gift certificate code for payment at checkout on your next order with us! Store credit does not expire.

Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by USPS will be returned to us. We will contact the customer via email and phone a total of three times before canceling the order. Customers who still want to receive the package must pay for a new shipping label.

If approved for a return, you will receive store credit. To return an item please follow the steps below to create a return authorization. All returns must be shipped to:

2. Enter your order number and email address associated with the order
3. State the item(s) you wish to return
4. State the correct reason for your return
6. Once approved, you will be contacted via email approval and next steps
7. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for your return to processed once it arrives at our studio.
